Washington Stresses it Will Not Withdraw from Iraq - واشنطن تؤكد أنها لن تناقش انسحاب قواتها من العراق

Regional and international conflict over Iraq, pushing the authorities in Baghdad to exercise its role by moving to demand the departure of foreign forces from the country, and to stop taking Iraqi lands as a platform to settle the conflicts. But the United States announced its refusal to withdraw US forces at the present time, justifying its presence by fighting ISIS. As for Iran, it was subjected today to an Iraqi complaint in the Security Council for violating Iraqi sovereignty and targeting military bases there. And it does not seem that the Iranian presence will end in Iraq with the presence of militias loyal to Tehran there. صراع إقليمي ودولي على العراق، يدفع السلطات في بغداد إلى ممارسة دورها بالتحرك للمطالبة بخروج القوات الأجنبية من البلاد، ووقف اتخاذ الأراضي العراقية ساحة لتصفية الصراعات. ولكنّ الولايات المتحدة أعلنت رفضها انسحاب القوات الأميركية في الوقت الحالي، مبررة وجودها بقتال داعش. أما إيران، فقد تعرضت اليوم لشكوى عراقية في مجلس الأمن بسبب انتهاكها لسيادة العراق واستهداف القواعد العسكرية فيه. ولا يبدو أن الوجود الإيراني سينتهي من العراق في ظل وجود ميليشيات موالية لطهران هناك. وبعد الرسائل العسكرية المتبادلة بين طهران وواشنطن على أرض العراق، توجه الولايات المتحدة رسالة جديدة لإيران عبر فرض عقوبات على أبرز قياداتها في مجلس الأمن القومي وقوات الباسيج.
