Printشرق وغرب – أعلن البيت الأبيض أن القوات الأمريكية سوف تنسحب من شمال سوريا مع تأهب تركيا لشن عملية عسكرية هناك، وذلك بعد اتصال هاتفي بين الرئيس الأمريكي دونالد ترامب ونظيره التركي رجب طيب أردوغان.
وبحسب شبكة "CNN" الأمريكية، ذكر بيان للبيت الأبيض أن "ترامب تحدث مع أردوغان عبر الهاتف، وتركيا سوف تنفذ قريبا عمليتها التي خططت لها منذ مدة طويلة في شمال سوريا"، وأضاف البيان أن "القوات الأمريكية لن تدعم أو تشارك في تلك العملية، ولن تتواجد في تلك المنطقة التي هزمت داعش فيها".
وأفاد بيان البيت الأبيض بأن "الولايات المتحدة ضغطت على فرنسا وألمانيا ودول أوروبية أخرى، والتي جاء منها العديد من مقاتلي داعش الذين تم أسرهم، لاستعادتهم، لكنهم لم يريدوهم ورفضوا. لن تحتجزهم الولايات المتحدة لما قد يكون سنوات عديدة وتكلفة باهظة لدافعي الضرائب الأمريكيين". وأضاف أن "تركيا ستكون مسؤولة عن جميع مقاتلي داعش في المنطقة التي تم السيطرة عليها خلال العامين الماضيين مع هزيمة داعش".
وقال ترامب إنه حان الوقت لتخرج الولايات المتحدة "من الحروب السخيفة التي لا نهاية لها في سوريا"، وذلك بعد أن أعلن البيت الأبيض عن سحب قوات أمريكية من شمال شرق سوريا قبيل العملية العسكرية التي تعتزم تركيا القيام بها شرق الفرات.
وأضاف ترامب في تغريدات مُتصلة أنه "كان من المفترض أن تكون الولايات المتحدة في سوريا لمدة 30 يومًا، كان ذلك قبل سنوات عديدة. (لكننا) بقينا وتدخلنا أعمق وأعمق في معركة دون هدف في الأفق"، مٌشيرًا إلى أن القوات الأمريكية وصلت سوريا عندما كان تنظيم داعش ينتشر في المنطقة، بحسب "سي إن إن".
وتابع الرئيس الأمريكي: "سريعًا، هزمنا داعش بنسبة 100٪، بما في ذلك القبض على الآلاف من مقاتلي داعش، معظمهم من أوروبا، لكن أوروبا لم تستعدهم"، لافتا إلى أنه رفض طلب أوروبا من واشنطن الاحتفاظ بهم، داعيًا إياها لمحاكمتهم بدلا من تكلفة احتجازهم "باهظة التكلفة" بالسجون الأمريكية.

واختتم ترامب تغريداته المتواترة: "سنقاتل في المكان الذي يتعلق بمصالحنا، وسنحارب فقط من أجل الفوز"، مٌضيفا: "سيتعين على تركيا وأوروبا وسوريا وإيران والعراق وروسيا والأكراد تقدير الوضع، وما يريدون القيام به مع مقاتلي داعش الذين تم أسرهم في ضواحيهم.. إنهم جميعًا يكرهون داعش، لقد كانوا أعداءً لسنوات. نحن على بعد 7000 ميل وسوق نسحق داعش مرة أخرى إذا جاء في أي مكان بالقرب منا!".
في المقابل، انتقدت أصوات في الكونغرس هذه الخطوة التي قررها الرئيس الأمريكي دونالد ترامب. حيث استنكر زعيما مجلسي النواب والشيوخ الأمريكيين القرار.
وبحسب وكالة "رويترز"، قالت رئيسة مجلس النواب نانسي بيلوسي، وهي ديمقراطية، في بيان "هذا القرار يشكل تهديدا خطيرا للأمن والاستقرار الإقليميين ويبعث برسالة خطيرة لإيران وروسيا وكذلك لحلفائنا مفادها أن الولايات المتحدة لم تعد شريكا مؤتمنا".
ودعت ترامب في البيان إلى "العدول عن هذا القرار الخطير".
أما زعيم الأغلبية الجمهورية في مجلس الشيوخ ميتش مكونيل فقال في بيان "الانسحاب المتسرع للقوات الأمريكية من سوريا لن يصب سوى في مصلحة روسيا وإيران ونظام الأسد وسيزيد من خطر نهوض الدولة الإسلامية وغيرها من الجماعات المتشددة مرة أخرى"، بحسب "رويترز".

ويضيف تكين لـ"شرق وغرب" ان العملية ستؤمن نسفاً كاملاً لمشروع تقسيم الأراضي السورية، الذي لا يخدم تركيا كما يحاول البعض أن يصور، بل يخدم جهات عدة، على رأسها الكيان الصهيوني المحتل لأرض فلسطين.
ويتابع: ستؤمن العملية منطقة آمنة لا خوف فيها ولا تفلت أمني ولا عصابات، وبالتالي عودة ملايين المهجرين السوريين إلى قراهم ومدنهم ومنازلهم وأراضيهم، وهم يريدون العودة أصلا.
ويشير إلى انها ستؤمن أيضاً "الحدود التركية المهددة حاليا من تلك التنظيمات الإرهابية، والتي ارتكبت خلال الفترة الماضية العديد من الاعتداءات على مدنيين وعسكريين أتراكا فضلا عن إدخالها متفجرات ومخدرات وأسلحة وإرهابيين للداخل التركي".
ويختم بالقول: ستؤمن العملية حماية قوية للأمن القومي التركي التي تحاول تلك العناصر الإرهابية زعزعته من خلال إنشاء كيانات إرهابية في الشمال السوري سيتطور لاحقا نحو العراق وإيران وتركيا.

هذا، ويقول عضو المجلس الرئاسي في مجلس سورية الديمقراطية، سيهانوك ديبو، ان الطرق تتعبد أكثر لإغراق إردوغان في الوحل السوري.
ويضيف ديبو لـ"شرق وغرب": لا تهم قوى النظام العالمي بمختلف أقطابها التكلفة البشرية والأضرار الإنسانية التي تنجم. فعشرات الآلاف سيكونون أمام مصائر صعبة في حال أقدم رئيس تركيا أردوغان على هذه الحماقة.
ويشير إلى انه من المفترض بأنه يعلم إذا ما فعل ذلك (فإنه) كمن يقفز إلى منتصف الدوامة. حينما تتوقف الدوامة وحينما يكتب للأزمة السورية أن تُحل، سيجد أردوغان بأن تركيا تنقسم على نفسها بشكل كلي.
